IJMT particularly welcomes research on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, intelligent organizations, platform economies, digital entrepreneurship, fintech ecosystems, sustainability and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), future work and hybrid workplaces, social media business ecosystems, mobile and smartphone-based commerce, digital governance, cybernetic systems, and technology-enabled organizational development. IJMT journal highly encourages forward-looking, advanced studies that shape the future of management theory, policy, and practice in a globally connected and digitally driven economy.

Publication Frequency: IJMT is a biannual publication (two issues per year).

Publishing Model: Accepted articles are published online promptly after acceptance through a continuous publication model and are assigned a permanent Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to ensure immediate visibility and citation.
